7-Day Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

unused and in their original condition

returned in their original packaging

sealed, where applicable
Please note:

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases

Sale items, custom pieces, pierced jewellery, and any items marked non-returnable are not eligible

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
